PRESIDENT & CO-OWNER

Scott

Scott has been in the property service industry for more than 15 years. During his career, he has been involved in projects from the smallest home repairs to constructing large commercial structures. This has given him a great understanding of how buildings work and the issues they experience. He is passionate about building a team that feels valued and is motivated to work hard for our customers.

His goal is for the company to provide a service that exceeds customer expectations. In his free time, you can find Scott watching football, perfecting his BBQ skills, or spending time with his wife Stephanie and 4 kids, Hosea, Adelaide, Ira, and Theodore.

CONSTRCTION MANAGER & CO-OWNER

Dereck

Dereck enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. In his free time, he likes to spend time outdoors, cooking delicious meals, working out, and going on fun adventures with his family. Dereck grew up watching his dad become a respected businessman, inspiring him to chase his dreams of starting a business.


He has previously worked in the construction field building houses and spent eight years working as a community servant before partnering with his brother, Scott.

Dereck enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. In his free time, he likes to spend time outdoors, cooking delicious meals, working out, and going on fun adventures with his family. Dereck grew up watching his dad become a respected businessman, inspiring him to chase his dreams of starting a business.


He has previously worked in the construction field building houses and spent eight years working as a community servant before partnering with his brother, Scott.

OFFICE MANAGER

Andrea

While Andrea is new to the restoration business, she brings 10 years of experience in Office and Human Resources Management and has always worked in the customer service industry. She is passionate about helping the RCCR team and the customers who make the business possible.

As the Office Manager, she focuses on ensuring that the office is running smoothly, building and maintaining rapport with customers and vendors and that the team is equipped with everything they need to be successful.

Outside of the office, you can find Andrea spending time with her husband and two dogs: They’re most likely playing softball somewhere. She also loves exploring and traveling to new cities, especially if there’s a sporting event in town!

MITIGATION MANAGER

Tyler

Tyler has worked in the restoration industry since 2017, learning all areas of the restoration business and developing a passion for the work. As the Mitigation Manager, he enjoys getting the opportunity to meet new people around the community and help them when they need it most.


When Tyler is not at work, he likes to spend time with his wife, Alaina, and their two dogs, Boone & Baxter, enjoying the outdoors, catching up on tv, or going to the gym. He attended Lewis and Clark Community College and received his associate’s degree in exercise science. Always active in sports, he is an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and the St. Louis Blues.

Rachel

Rachel aka "Weezy" brings over 12 years of experience in operations. Weezy is a huge people person who loves helping others. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts and doing meet-and-greets, with her all-time favorite experience being Saliva. She is also a proud Meemaw to her grandbaby!
